**For change in name, alter of address, inclusion of spouse's proper name, deletion of spouse proper name or whatsoever change of information on passport, the applicant has to submit fresh passport application along with the required supporting documents.
The above mentioned documents are general mandatory requirements. The applicants may exist requested to submit some more documents after scrutiny of the application at the counter, on case to example basis.
